"I joined with David a little over a year ago in search of a long term coach that could not only help me achieve my physique goals but heath and longevity in mind as well. I have worked with a few coaches in the past and am not novice at counting macros and tracking, intense workouts, and the body building lifestyle as a whole. David took me under his wing and we started with a reset and did a long health phase (just TRT) to get a good base of where I stood. I was always a big "cardio during cutting" type of person and he had me hold off and just said keep getting your 10k steps a day for now. This made me hesitant but I listened and was extremely surprised by the rate of fat loss I was experiencing as I had only ever done cutting phases with HIIT on the stair master in the mix.. we kept this consistent for about 2.5 months and I had gotten down to 220 and looked great. Very full, very vascular and feeling great. I was surprised by this because the amount of compounds I had used in the past to get sub 10% was quite heavy. He taught me that more is not better and the importance of routine bloodwork to make sure you're not only optimal, but can make adjustments based on that as well. He proved to me that a lot of the times with the right macros, training and just a little bit of PEDs, we can accomplish this goal.
