Week 1-4: Assessment & Foundation

Week 5-16: Active Fat Loss Phase

Strategic caloric deficit with optimal macro distribution. Expect 1-2 lbs of fat loss per week while maintaining muscle, energy, and hormone health. Regular adjustments based on your response.

Week 17+: Transition & Maintenance

Sammie came to us in November 2024, experiencing some digestive issues. She and coach Kyle decided to run GI mapping. It was revealed that she was suffering from Candida overgrowth and really bad SIBO to the point that she couldn't eat ANYTHING – she felt miserable, and anything and everything made her bloated. How long does it take to fix metabolic damage?


It depends on severity, but typically 8-16 weeks of reverse dieting to restore metabolic function. The more extreme your dieting history, the longer it takes. But it's worth it—you'll lose fat eating more calories than you ever thought possible.

Will I have to eat 1200 calories forever?


Absolutely not. That's the problem we're solving. Most clients end up maintaining their results at 2000-2500+ calories once we restore metabolic function. The goal is to get you eating as much as possible while staying lean.

Do I need to stop working out?


No, but we may adjust training volume and intensity during the metabolic restoration phase. Excessive cardio and overtraining suppress metabolism. We optimize your training to support—not hinder—fat loss and metabolic health.
