Who this is for

You know what to do. Staying with it is the problem.

Scott works with people who already know most of what they should be doing and can’t stay consistent with it. Most have tried it alone or with a coach who wasn’t paying attention. The goal changes. The follow-through does not.

Lifestyle and weight loss

Structure first. Consistency follows.

For people who know most of what they should be doing and can’t stay consistent with it. Work or life stress has wiped out their structure, and years of going too hard and quitting have taken a real hit on their confidence.

Best for
  • Burnout and over-dieting
  • Busy professionals and parents
  • Clients over 40
  • Structure and routine
  • Confidence, not just the scale
Longevity, gut, and hormones

Feel better and think clearer.

Training is the easy part for most clients. What holds them back is sleep, stress, energy, and how they feel day to day. Scott works on gut and hormone health from the energy and cognitive side, with bloodwork when it’s available.

Best for people dealing with
  • Energy, sleep, and recovery
  • Gut health
  • Hormone health
  • Bloodwork analysis
  • Recovering from over-dieting
Competition prep

Three sports. One coach who has done all of them.

Bodybuilding, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting prep from a USAW Level 2 coach who holds powerlifting records and placed 8th at NPC Nationals. Technique feedback on every lifting video you send.

Best for
  • Bodybuilding prep
  • Powerlifting meets
  • Olympic weightlifting
  • Masters athletes
  • Lifting technique and form
The Scott Hall approach

One system. 80 percent you can keep beats 100 percent you can’t.

“You should feel better because you trained, and if you feel like you have less, we need to pull back a little bit.”

Your food, your sleep, your stress, and your training all draw on the same energy. Push too hard in one, and the others pay for it. So your fitness has to support the rest of your life.

Scott makes decisions off what he can see: your daily numbers, your weekly check-in, your lifting videos, and bloodwork when you have it. Then he asks what you can be consistent with right now.

80 to 85 percent execution on a plan that fits your life gets better results than a perfect plan you can’t keep up with.

Food

Not a macros-only plan, because most people can’t stay consistent with one. What you can execute at 80 to 85 percent right now.

Sleep

Tracked daily. When sleep moves, Scott will show you where it shows up in your training.

Stress

All four draw on the same energy. Push too hard in one and the others pay for it.

Training

Enough to feel better because you trained. If you feel like you have less, the plan pulls back.

Bloodwork

Analyzed when available, alongside gut and hormone health, from the energy and cognitive side.

Pressure-tested

No training, food, or supplement protocol goes to a client until Scott has tested it on himself.

Scott watches for the client who’s doing too much as closely as the one who’s doing too little.Structure. Consistency. A coach who’s paying attention.

BeforeAfterSandlin before and after coaching with Scott, 211 lbs to the mid 140s
Athletics · Case study

From 211 pounds to training for the stage and the platform.

The problem

Sandlin started in September 2025 at 211 pounds, too nervous to lift without a plan. Her first logged deadlift was 130 for 8. Before that she’d tried 900 to 1,200 calories a day and hours on the treadmill twice a day, which ended in binge eating.

Scott’s approach

Scott nearly doubled her food, to about 2,045 calories and 225 grams of protein a day, cut cardio to 30 minutes four times a week, and put her on a structured lifting plan with daily tracking. More food and less cardio to manage stress and build strength and lean tissue.

211 lbs to the mid 140s. 17 inches off her waist.12½ inches off her hips. Benching 145, on her way to a 315 deadlift. Competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting in 2027 and 2028.
BeforeAfterGlen before and after rebuilding with Scott, from an over-dieted 170s to eating over 3,000 calories a day
Health Optimization · Case study

Rebuilding after going from over 300 pounds to the 170s.

The problem

Glen had lost from over 300 pounds to the 170s with a long low-carb cut and weekly extended fasts. By the time he started with Scott he was eating around 1,800 calories, fatigued, with nonexistent recovery and thyroid health that looked rough.

Scott’s approach

Food slowly titrated up, thyroid health brought back in line, diet overhauled, and a different training split.

Eating over 3,000 calories a day.Gaining healthy bodyweight, improving measurements and physique. Lifts, work capacity, and endurance all going up.
BeforeAfterDan before and after coaching with Scott, holding the low 180s
Lifestyle · Case study

From 75 Hard and yo-yoing to staying in the low 180s.

The problem

Dan, 43, father of two, and a busy owner of a vintage furniture business, had done 75 Hard a couple of times and yo-yoed from 205 to 210 down to the 190s. Getting in shape always meant piling on more until he burned out and quit.

Scott’s approach

A long-term, sustainable framework for his self care and energy management over six-plus months. When he started to go off course, Scott followed up more aggressively.

Low 180s, and he’s kept it there.More focused at work, the business up over $1 million in under three years, and an example set for his stepson.

What working with Scott actually looks like

Day to day, it feels like having a coach who’s paying attention. Here’s a real check-in reply: “Sleep averaged seven hours this week, up from six, and you can see it in your training. Protein was on target five days out of seven, and the two you missed were both travel days, so this week we’re going to plan those meals ahead of time. I’m leaving your calories where they are. Your homework is to pick your two travel-day meals before Thursday.”

01Daily tracker

Food, sleep, steps, and weight, logged in a minute or two a day. Scott coaches off these numbers.

02Weekly check-in

Body weight, measurements, and questions about stress, digestion, and how you’re doing mentally and emotionally.

03Video reply

What Scott is seeing in your numbers, what’s going well, what’s changing, and your homework for the week. 24 to 48 hours.

04Form feedback

Send a video of a working set of each movement and get technique notes as if he were there with you.

05Messages during the week

Message any time. Scott also reaches out on his own, and if you go quiet, he follows up.

06No guilt, just adjustments

A bad week isn’t a lecture. Scott wants to know what happened so the plan can change.

07He does it too

Scott doesn’t ask a client to do anything he isn’t doing himself. He tracks his food, weighs in, and answers to his own coach.

  • You’ve been through a few rounds of going too hard, burning out, and quitting.
  • You’re stressed and worn down, and your energy, sleep, or recovery is off.
  • Feeling good and confident again matters more to you than a number on the scale.
  • You want structure, and you want to know why you’re doing what you’re doing.
  • You want a coach who pays attention and follows up when you go quiet.

Scott probably isn’t your coach if

  • You want a plan handed over and to be left alone.
  • You’re looking for the fastest, most aggressive cut you can get.
  • You don’t want to track. Scott coaches off your daily numbers and can’t do much without them.
  • You’re not ready to commit to the process.
