Get stronger, leaner, and sharper without making fitness your full-time job.

Aegis Lifestyle coaching is built for executives, parents, former athletes, and high performers who want more from their body without giving up the work, family, travel, and responsibilities that make up their life.

Who this is for

High performers who are tired of fitness running their life, or of their body running down.

Executives and founders

Decisions all day, travel half the month. You need a plan that survives airports and boardrooms.

Busy parents

The training window is 45 minutes at 5:30am. The plan has to fit it, not fight it.

Former athletes

You remember what capable felt like. The standard hasn’t changed; the objective has.

Adults who reject decline

Told it’s just what forty, fifty, sixty feels like. You don’t accept that, and neither do we.

Lifestyle is not the beginner tier. The coaching standard is identical. The goal is different.

What you’re tired of

The problem is rarely effort.

Fad diets that work until they don’t.
Generic protocols with your name on them.
Fitness dominating your entire life.
Declining energy you’ve stopped questioning.
Feeling older than you should.
Being told decline is simply part of aging.
The personalized approach

Health and physique should fit your life, not require your life to revolve around fitness.

Built around work, family, and travel.
Built around work, family, and travel.
Nutrition

No single ideology. If macros fit you, we use macros. If a structured plan fits, we use that. Food quality, preference, digestion, schedule, and sustainability all count. Food is removed only when there’s a reason.

Training

The appropriate stimulus for you, not the maximum. Fewer, better sessions where that’s right. Built to your equipment, injuries, recovery, and the time you actually have.

Lifestyle integration

Work, family, travel, stress, and sleep are inputs to the plan, not obstacles to it. Programming accounts for real-world constraints from day one.

Continuous adjustment

Weekly check-ins, a video reply from your coach, and changes made when your body shows it’s ready. You’ll understand why every time.

Reclamation.

More energetic. Stronger. Leaner. Better recovered. More like the high-performing version of yourself you remember.
Transformations

What it looks like when the plan fits the life.

Questions

Before you book.

Is Lifestyle a lighter version of Aegis coaching?

No. The coaching standard, the intake, the weekly loop, and the coach development system are identical. What changes is the objective: performance in your life rather than on a stage.

How much time does it take?

Less than you’d think. The plan is built around the training time you actually have. Many clients train three or four times a week.

What does it cost?

Lifestyle coaching starts at $300 a month with a standard coach and $400+ with an elite coach. Each coach’s price is on their page.

I travel constantly. Does this still work?

Travel is an input to the plan, not an excuse the plan has to tolerate. Nutrition structure and training are built for it.

Do I need to give up foods I love?

Food is removed only when there’s a legitimate reason. Sustainability is the goal, and a plan you can’t live with isn’t sustainable.
